Greetings,

I usually use IE 8 while browsing this site and when I signed in today (as I have to sign-in everyday), I experienced a number of problems navigating the site.

When I go to one of my groups, and try to click on ‘discussion’ nothing happens. In fact, none of the tabs work.

When I click on a link on the ‘Group Details’ tab, and hit ‘quote’ to respond to a discussion, nothing happens.

I can no longer edit my posts in group discussions.

I'm not having any of these problems with the BioWare forums, just the Groups.

The 'update' button on my profile no longer works. Every page now has and 'Error on page.'

I’ve tried restarting the browser, restarting the PC, and clearing my cache. The site still works in Foxfire and Google Chrome, and the last time I logged in (last night) I didn’t experience any problems.

The issue was with a single extra "," at the end of a list of items, which IE interpreted as "OMG STOP PROCESSING ALL JAVASCRIPT".

If anyone knows of a way to test a website in every browser automatically every time we deploy any code changes, I would love to hear about it. :) Alternately, if you know of a way to tell IE to not be so picky, that wouldd also be good.

Also, IE (all versions) makes up only 30% of visitors to this site. While that is a lot and we don't want to have things broken for them, the other 70% of our visitors are using browsers that thought that code was just fine.

Since it's been identified, can we expect a fix soon?  Because if it is supposed to wokring currently, I regret to inform you that it isn't.

It is working currently for us - have you tried clearing your browser cache?
