I don't think they'd put it on their Facebook if it weren't ready to go, and since they do their videos through YouTube now, they can stunt the release of it until a specified time tomorrow, and if YouTube couldn't pull that off they wouldn't be anywhere near as trusted with user content as they are.

If you're talking about the Femshep general thread, this is referencing an acknowledgement that tomorrow the trailer is being released. If there's already a thread discussing this fact, link to it.
