I have 2 at the moment. Svetlana (Paragon, Infiltrator, Earthborn/Sole Survivor) and Kenya (Paragade, Sentinel, Earthborn/Ruthless) and am planning at least one more (Francesca, Renegon, Vanguard, Colonist/Sole Survivor).

Paragon Shep with Renegade inturrpts. I dunno if that'd be a Paragade or not. Jennifer Hale just seems to fit Paragon better than renagade. Voice wise. Which, Hale is amazzzzing.

The Sbarge and Hale Audio blogs really make you realize how awesome she is as femshep and just a VA in general.

Details? How many details? I got like a 3pg Fanfiction story on my Shepards past/upbringing XD
My canon Shep thats based on my own morals is the traditional Soldier/Earthborn. Her name is Serena Shepard. And she's Paragade [that renegade meter is 50% while the paragon is maxed out]. Protects those close to her, but isnt afarid to take the renegade options for the greater good. She loves those renegade interrupts. 
Romanced [and loyal] to Garrus Vakarian. Screw love triangles. She was single in ME1.
