He's a weaker version of Jack, meaning I never use him.

The only problem I have with Jacob is he gets a bit cranky. There are several occasions where saying the wrong thing will cause him to yell at you. Other than that he's a cool character.

No there's only one thing that'l get him to yell.dump you and that's tryig to fix him about his dad. he hates that and he'll let you know, if you do it again, he's done with you personally.

If you press him about his dad too much he gets annoyed like you said. Also if you press him about Miranda and himself. If you break up with him he gets pissed, where the other characters are more understanding. And as someone else pointed out when he doesn't have anything to say, the way he says "Already? I'm not big on forcing these kinds of talks" sounds annoyed as well. Some of it may be the actor's delivery more than what's written. Nevertheless, he comes off as very cranky.

I honestly never got the hate for Jacob either. He wasn't as boring and whiny as Kaidan and I rather doubt ME3 will change the impression I have of Jersey Shore bro Vega.

Since people just love claiming I'm racist/sexist/homophobic/whatever for not being politcally-correct now is my turn to call you all racists for hating on Jacob.

Get a good debate on a touchy topic going and I'm sure you could manage that.

I'd be glad to help. Care to begin with some self-righteous "request", rant about "hatemongers" or some of the other nonsense you're into?

You have so much good-will. It's very touching.

Non-sarcastic version: You're a horribly prejudiced person with terribly biased opinions that the world would be better off without. It's sad to watch.

Oh I have good-will for those who deserve it, but why is this a concern? This is a Bioware forum, we're here for "first world problems".

I seem to irritate you so easily, what's with that? Have a bad day today? Want to tell everybody about it?

Since we are sharing our honest opinions of each other, I'll inform you: You're a horribly deluded individual who serves as nothing more than a tool of whomever can pander to your shallow ideals and desires. It's pitiful yet amusing to watch.

Do go on, I like how you're trying to derail this topic to wage your private little war against me.

I find all characters in Mass Effect 2 who have a defensive shield power very useful (Meaning Grunt, Legion, and Jacob). As a character in general I find Jacob to not be that very entertaining one and a dude with a father complex. His character felt like talking to a brick wall sometimes for me anyway. (Never changing always stays the same no matter what which in this case boring and obsessive)

I find it amuzing at how I seem to irrate you so easily, what's with that?

The same reason you feel the need to make a comment every time S/S issues come up. I just don't like people like you and the prejudiced arguments you come up with.

The difference being that I want people to improve themselves and be happy with equal opportunity. You just want to hold them back and ****** them off.

I don't agree with everything certain groups of people do, but I defend them because I know there's good in them and that they are justified with their feelings of frustration even if they go the wrong way about expressing it. You help them understand and improve themselves. The reason I don't do that with you anymore is because I'm frustrated with how terribly dead-set you are on demonizing people.

And don't take the high ground on derailing this thread. You're just as guilty for responding to me as I am for making that drink joke.

And I don't like people who hide their interests behind lies about wanting to help everybody and making the world a better place. Somehow, complaining on an internet forum about homophobia doesn't match such ideals.

The difference between you and I is that I want intelligence and common sense to win out over foolishness. In your case I don't care if you and others not getting the S/S "options" they want makes them feel bad.

The road to hell is paved with supposedly good intentions. Automatically presuming there is good in people will only backfire, better to base your judgements on actions and history.

I suppose I'm just as guilty as you when the moderators arrive, but it seems you were looking for an argument.

Eh... forget it. I like calling out ignorance, but this isn't the place for it.

And I was just having fun with myself with the drinking joke and basically calling you a broken record of political correctness. Then you said you'd be glad if I died.
