I was merely referencing one such occurrence on the Citadel, there are other ways Cerberus got an army so quickly.

Well I imagine their numbers started expanded significantly after shepard's death and the Alliance becoming inactive is heck lead to a lot of people leaving the alliance for Cerberus out of disgust. I imagine cloning or something like that was also involved.

no they only had 150 members in ME2, so that wouldn't be very much

Vorcha, Yahg, and Batarian are good enemies that don't need to be a huskified to be good enemies. Violent they are. They would make good allies for Reapers.

If you watch the trailers, they have husk-ified batarians, turians, krogan, asari, and more... so yeah

Cerberus has always had the ability to amass vast amounts of resources. With their two choices being extinction or success, I imagine they poured every credit they had into raising and outfitting an army.

For example with the batarians, they need little reason to NOT Attack Alliance, Cerberus or Council on sight to get their revenge.

Vorcha are short temper brutes that enjoy fighting anyways. So them wanting to be strong and kicking the crap out the rest of the galaxy they would quickly ally themselves with the Reapers.

Yahg value strength above all else. And Reapers are strong. So why not.
