Not romance partners, that is later on where you speak with the partner and break up when they ask. As for changing imported characters, I assume the trial is for everyone as its at the beginning of the game so it may let you change major decisions. Or not.

You should be more careful with what you choose..or start using save editors.

Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of importing a character in the first place?

don't worry, it will be easy to dump Tali like yesterday's garbage for a hot new chick like Diana (for example)

you'll have to deal with Tali crying, though. hopefully you can send her out the airlock in this game :)

Well I was going to romance Miranda but I broke it off prematurely. But now I changed my mind but I can't initiate any romance with her anymore. How do I use Gibb Save Editor to change this?

Import your character from ME2 back into ME2 to start over, or download the save editor and change the romance flags.

Unless you're on the PS3, then you can't use the save editor.

how dare you dump Miranda Lawson! you don't deserve her.

I hope there's a scenario in the game where she sleeps with Jacob just to make you jealous.

I think it was hinted at in ME2 that she may or may not have already slept with him

Sure, it's called replaying ME2.

i think you can only change romance flags for ME1 not for ME 2.

the ending of Mass Effect Galaxy gives that impression.

I find it curios also, a major part of the experience is the outcome of decisions made.

Yes. BioWare is trying to do it already with certain decisions. I can't imagine why people want to make Mass Effect's most unique feature even more worthless.

the only time in mass effect 2 when you were able to redo a choice from the first mass effect was whether anderson or udina was the councilor. this happened on the shuttle after lazarus station.

Just restart the game.

Changing the choices you made would undermine the entire purpose of imports.

That was put in because there is no save file created after the decision in ME1, I was pretty much annoyed because it went against one of my Shepards decisions to let the politicians sort it out amongst themselves, the question should never have come up for that Shepard.
