i ordered my book, it came to me damaged, i asked them about the code and a replacement they didnt know i got a nother book, damaged, took them to the store, the one in the store was damaged and they still didnt know about the codes. so yeah i just got my money back. :/

pm sent, i know it is a bit early for the dlc to work completly, it is very nice to know that the issues that are being discovered are being taken seriously.

i think the codes are being processed, not sure which sites are staffed over the weekend and the companies have untill the 8th to send out most of their codes. if you do not recieve your code by then, that's when you should be worried.

I got 'Unrecognised Item' also. Don't know if this is related or not but my two little normandy models I registered recently are no longer appearing in the ''Registered Products'' section. Look into this Bioware!!

As a Canadian I am disgusted by this move. Not only we don't have a Barnes and Noble to pre-order, we have a Chapters Indigo and we don't have this promotion. Whoever is in charge of marketing should be fired for this decision. There goes any chance of a Bioware fan collecting all the DLC. Honestly does anyone in marketing or promotions took time to think and view it from different perspectives. I find fault in EA and Bioware's marketing and to think Bioware started in Canada. For Shame! *Shakes my head in disappoint.*

Yes I only noticed it a few hours ago after adding the Barnes n noble code. Earlier this week I added the Alliance version of the model with no problems
I tried adding the model codes again but it said already redeemed. I'm only concerned if the models unlock something ingame, perhaps for shepards cabin.

I acivated my BN code using the Origin "Redeem Product Key" option, because this site didn't work. It was activated as "Barnes & Noble Promotional Content" or something, but it doesn't show up anywhere... maybe because the rifle is already part of the game and just needs activation for an account to be able to use it.

Which means it's been redeemed. They simply haven't put in code so that the forum software knows what to display, so it spits out a default string. The Kingdoms of Amalur stuff didn't show up immediately either. Nor did early MP access. People still got both, and both also now appear in the entitlements list.
