Just checked and my registered book has now gone as well

(Is someone able to post about this in the Technical Support forum?  I don't have access at the moment as still awaiting my copy)

I'd pre-ordered the book, and I've been waiting awhile for a code...but I've yet to get an email. I really hope I get one sometime tomorrow, because I pre ordered the book pretty early before release, so there's no reason codes should've ran out by that point

Check your spam mail asap, it seems a lot of users(myself included) found the email caught by the spam filters, it was sent out pretty early, so hopefully it hasn't been deleted automatically yet....

If not, not sure if EA support can help you...

P.S: Just checked, I received the email with the code on 3rd March, 5 days ago, so better hurry or it may get eaten up by spam filters.

EDIT - I redeemed the code without issue, but I'm not seein any new ME3 DLC listed on my 'owned content' page

Then you're on the same boat as the rest of us... Hopefully its just a glitch and some bioware rep will come clear things up or it fixes itself.

Some patience is in order.

just checked my spam folder and no Barnes and Noble email there. i ordered my book on Feb 9 and received it on Feb 13 and i still even have other spam mails before, during and after those date ranges but none of them from B&N...

In that case, maybe you want to check with B&N? Since you didn't even receive the code.

i actually have ME3 on the PS3 and i'm just getting the code for a friend who missed the opportunity to preorder his CE copy from Gamestop - just so he has some free codes as well. XD
