If you're moving, for any reason, do NOT cancel your Pre-order. Unless you need the money for funds, hookers, or whatever, don't cancel. Gamestop will transfer your Pre-order.
Do to the active Block on Current Pre-orders, you need to inform the store you are pre-ordering out of, and then tell the new store when you get there so they can mail it. Make sure to get the store info, number, and the manager you talked to. They will mail the game during Launch. Unless the new store you will be using has cancelled pre-orders, or GS removes the block, they will not transfer it until after Launch.
It is worth waiting a week instead of losing out, or waiting for second hand.
