So, I have this problem with my module. I want to open it in the toolset but it won't open. A certain hakfile is missing I created by my self. I have no idea what's in the hak file, so my question is if I could erase the hakfile from the module? So I can continue working on it?

You could create a dummy hakfile and give it the name of the one that is causing the problem. Then you should be able to open your module to remove the hak from the list. It doesn't matter if it's a empty hak, as long as the name is the one which the toolset asks for.

I feel quite silly right now, but how do I create a hak file again? It's been a very long time hahaha. Should I just save a notepad file with the .hak extension?

Look in the utils folder in your nwn install.

If you had things like models and tilesets in the hak that are used in the module. Not having them may also cause the module to crash. You may want to do a rebuild with check for missing resources checked.

What I usually do is make a copy of one of the smallest haks I have (like a cep patch) and rename it. But creating it from scratch should work just as well.
