I think it looks exactly like Kaidan. The armor is blue. Also look at vertical yellow stripes on the legplates. I think it's the angle that makes the shoulder pads look more obvious than in the concept art. Probably he's caught in motion that's why his posture is a bit weird.

They nailed the red hair. It looks natural. Too frequently both red heads and blondes look fake in games. My compliments to the art team.

Europeans get in on the 9th of March, and they write their dates wrong.

Since most of the world use that date format, I'd say it's the US that write their dates wrong
