Just going to give short thoughts. The face looks off, but all of them do. It's very uncanny valley stuff, I can't quite put my finger on it. The shaders, the eyes, the animations, I can't put my finger on it but it's bugging me, more than past games.

Same here, something looks odd. When femshep spoke she looked... stiff or something. I guess it might look better when we get the game though.

Well, just want to say thank you BioWare, that's a great trailer.

You know what I don't get. I've spent the day checking the ME Tumblr fanbase and there was such great anticipation, and now that the video is out there is love all around. Then I step in here, the official BioWare forums, and I see so many nitpickers, people who just can't be pleased because of this and that... Do you even love Mass Effect? Really?

Final note: I'm glad there are also many fans out there who also loved it. It's a good day to be a Mass Effect fan... And again, thank you BW.

I've never said you don't need tactics, obviously they will be needed, but you don't waste your time on tactics trying to beat the unbeatable, you find another way.

I keep trying to read this thread but it keeps growing so ill just post my opinion on the trailer now. Femshep trailer looks awesome and glad we saw most of the ME2 squaddies in it. The wait for the demo has become just that much longer, hopefully the demo will help pass the time until the main game comes out.

Good video. The default face has a bit too much make-up for my taste, but that can easily be fixed with TexMod (if I decided to use the default face instead of my own Shep, that is). The model itself is very nice.

Seems like every footage we've gotten so far of the place shows a setting sun.

It sets a thematic tone, I think.  This is possibly the end.  If you survive at the end the end you get a sunrise. It serves to bookend things.

Worth the wait. Loved that you gave us some extras as well, like some appearances by the ME2 crew.

The weird thing for me is that she essentially is my main Shep. Red hair, big blue eyes. Just... y'know, different. I'm actually weirdly tempted to switch to her apperance for my main on import, we can do that right? Or at least choose that hair?
