 OK, early on I had a romance with Alistair and bedded him, then I broke up with him to romance Leliana.  My approval from Leliana is +100 Love and we have slept together.  So:  I'm wondering if I broke up with Leliana, would Alistar accept me as queen at the Landsmeet?

Alistair's current approval of me is +80 friendly.

Hmmm, no love? Well I know the game is a couple of years old, but what is interesting to me, is there are other games that are like 10 years old or older, and they still have very active forums. Fallout 3 comes to mind. And my favorite online multiplayer game, Unreal Tournament 2004, (8 years old) has a lot of active forums where you can usually get a question answered within the hour. I guess it just depends on the game and it's fans...... Oh well I love Dragon Age Origins so I'm gonna keep on playing it whether or not I can find support, active forums or no.

I'm pretty sure that Alistair will only accept a female human noble as queen. But I'm not so sure about how the romance with Leliana will affect his behavior.

I seem to recall a dialogue option appearing just after the Landsmeet where he can be talked into marriage. But I think he needs to be at Love approval rating to do that. And 4th tier coercion was necessary, I think.

I have only played two female characters. So I can't offer anything more definitive in the way of help.

Thank you gandanlin for your reply. I think I'm going to just go with the flow at the landsmeet; I do have level 4 Coercion and I am a female human noble so maybe I have a chance.
