 Hi

I bought LOSB, but it did't register when I run the game.
I've account at origin and "cerberus" login in it account. But there is other account, and I bought DLC through it. How I can handle this situation?
And how to login in different account in "cerberus"? If it solve problem.

I have a similar problem. I just recently re-installed the game to playthrough again before ME3 comes out next month. I re-downloaded all of the DLC from the Bioware Social site. Now, when I start the game, it says something along the lines of "you must connect to the cerberus network to validate DLC, it shows a "Please wait" screen that takes forever long. After that it says "connection to cerberus network failed or timed out" and that I can't access any of the DLC until it connects and verifies. Help please, I'd really like to play through all the DLC since it does have an effect on ME3.

Ok, I finally got mine working. Here's how, fregate. Start your game, go into "Extras" and then "Options" then "Online" In "Online" set both options to "No". Then back out to the main menu. On the right hand computer there is a button that says "connect". Click it and it should come up with an option to log in using your EA account. Should be the same login info you use to get on this site. After that it will validate your DLC and you can play. Hope this helps!

Interesting...
1) I registered cerberus code to the ea|origin account.
2) I bought DLC through bioware acc (because no DLC in origin store)
3) When I start the game, I may connect as origin and as bioware, but origin's acc haven't DLC, and bioware acc haven't cerberus! (perfect, lol)
How to move (or register) my DLC in origin acc?

talk to EA.com/help they are the only ones who can move stuff and you will probably have to talk to a few different reps to get one that will.
