I'm on my second playthrough of ME2 and I don't seem to be getting any points for my squad. The game says they have 0 points on everyone and they only have the default values for each power. It never happened on my first playthrough, so what's gone wrong?

Depends what you mean by 'second playthrough'.

If you mean a new game plus then squad points are locked into whatever they were when you completed the previous game.

If you mean a different Shepard then the game starts all over again; squad points do not carry over to different Shepards.

If the first then it's likely to be a glitch/bug, though it's one I've yet to come across and will need someone else's input.

I've played through the game once and the game rewarded me because of the achievements earned when I started a new game.

This is a different game, but I've nearly got everyone on my squad and nobody appears to be getting squad points.

First playthrough had no problems, this time it's not working as it should. Could be a glitch.

It's okay, I fixed my issue using the Gibbed ME2 Save Editor. Give my thanks to Pordis Shepard. :D

Only problem now is the game thinking there's twice as many upgrades as there should be. :|

If there aren't any glitches I don't see that being a bad thing....

I think the game saw the current upgrade value and it will go all the way up to 10 because I'm finding the upgrades on the missions (default (5) + 5 found). I'm a sucker with that ME2 Save Editor. :P

I'm worried about importing it into ME3, although I'm sure there will be a ME3 save editor (since games based on Unreal Engine have simple parameter strings). ;)
