My Dragon Age: Ultimate disc (with the main game on it) has become unreadable in my xbox and right now it's cheaper for me to buy a used regular edition off amazon. Should I run into any problems using a regular edition in the ultimate editions place?

Should work fine. I just recently rebought the std edition because I still had all the dlc on my hard drive from the Ultimate edition and its working fine.
