You don't see her behind in the trailer at all, just her shoulders, a glimpse of her face, and her upper back.

Perhaps the game checks to see what outfit she wore in ME2? Most likely not and it's a long shot. But there it is.

I keep hearing that one of the devs tweeted something about her outfit changing depending on loyalty.

Of course, I haven't seen this for myself, so don't take my word on it.
