Because there just fan service otherwise the talimancers and the garrus fanatics would rage nonstop scratch that they do it anyway.

Neither of them are terribly important to the story, yet they take precedence over characters that ARE, in ME3.

On the incredibly slim chance that it happened, Bioware is officially my favorite developer again.

They also didn't do anything for a new oufit. It doesn't make sense Story-Wise.

Tali hasn't contributed next to nothing in both games, minus the Saren evidence in the first.

Miranda contributed 10x more in one single game.

And this is coming from some on who isn't massive afns of either characters...
