... What?

Why would they need to create a unique model? The have the models from ME2. Isn't this whole thread about the fact that the model appears to be the same?

You said that her model could just be placeholder. It almost certainly isn't, since the game is letss than 5 weeks from release.

You then said they could just be reusing the ME2 model, which may or may not be the case. If it is, then there are some glaring differences in her "default" appearance in both games.

Didn't they say they worked on fleshing out the model so that woman act and walk like a female?

For example:
Instead of femshep sitting down in front of Miranda's desk with her legs wide open wearing Kasumi's dress she bought Femshep?  I mean really!!! Women don't sit like that!

I know some women who sit like that there not pillars of the comutity but hey nobody is perfect.Posted Image

That would involve a complete re-write of her arc.

On the incredibly slim chance that it happened, Bioware is officially my favorite developer again.

Who's the alternative to Bioware? Even if they do disappoint you sometimes.

Probably VALVe.

Yeah... Half Life 3 looks amazing. Oh wait... :crying:

I haven't concerned myself with HL. Mainly TF2 and Counter Strike.

Also, DotA 2.

That's more in issue of the underlying rig then it is the model itself. A lot of games have that problem. They would need to design or mocap a rig that looks properly female, which they clearly didn't have in ME2.  Dunno if they did in fact do that here, we've not really seen enough to tell.

Sorry, your trophy women is largely a memory to you now in the ME universe.

Same goes for most of the ME2 squad. Save for Garrus and Tali.

Who are the only ones who weren't cameos from ME1 . . .

Neither of them are terribly important to the story, yet they take precedence over characters that ARE, in ME3.

*Cough* Miranda *Cough*

Garrus and Tali aren't important to the story in ME3?  That's a good one.  Talk to me after you see them in ME3.

Yeah. Pretty cool fragment of a second.

Now, don't hate me, but... is there any particular reason as to why she still wears her ME2 jumpsuit aside from... well, you know, BioWare could not focus on giving her a slightly redesigned outfit?

And no, at this point, highly doubt it's placeholder.

Think about it, BioWare really did screw us over, and they were damn good with it too. They allowed us too get all excited for nearly too years, then they throw it back in your face by giving us what we hoped for a looonng time.

And I got excited for Revan's return for like 8-9ish years and was spectacularly disappointed, however I don't have to act petulant about it.

No matter what you or BioWare says, there is NO logical reason not to put enough effort in Miranda and her Character in ME3. Outfit, Biotics, hair, screentime, etc.

You'd better be trolling.

Beware DiebytheSword. We are in a Miranda thread. Garrus and Tali fans are often heavily trolled here because Team Dextro were the only returning ME2 squadmates. We must tred carfully:whistle:

I meant that there is no reason why BioWare shouldn't do Miri justice in ME3.

Well, I surely hope that's not her only outfit. She's in a new game. The least the could do is to give her new clothes and better graphics.

I have faith that bioware will do every squadmate past and present justice. Miranda, Wrex, Mordin, and Legion especially. Being the biggest fan favorites that aren't on the squad

I also never said they were irrelevant in ME3.

I said that they get treatment over characters who are more relevant, in ME3. Meaning, overall.

Note the comma. See it? Right there.

TBH both White AND Black, and even the AAP Armor are Cerberus Outfits. Unless there is a seen where she pulls of the Cerberus Symbol, it wouldn't make sense. She quits in My Canon, so I'm not sure what her outfit will be like in ME2.

Maybe her outfit will be different if she resigned. THAT footage could be a Defualt New Game for ME3. She may be still in Cerberus in the Default. IDK.

Because she played her part in ME2. She's no longer important to the story. It's as simple as that.

Besides, since Cerberus did a 180 turn on you in ME3, I guess Miri has other stuff to deal with (since she chose your side at the end of ME2).

If you mean if I've read the leaked script: Yes I did read it. So yes I do have an idea what her "side content" is in ME3.

Then you should understand that she's still fairly relevant to the plot.
