Is this thread actually trying to compete with the "Cabin Loving" thread for the title of pathetic thread of the week?
How about characters fighting in a space war wearing spandex?

Then you should understand that she's still fairly relevant to the plot.
No I don't. But feel free to PM me if you think I missed something. But from what I've seen, Miri really isn't that important in ME3. BioWare nicely wrapped up her story arc in ME3, but it barely carries any relevance to the main plot in ME3.

They've done anything but wrap up her arc nicely if the leak's anything to go by. They've ignored the major parts of her arc and sidelined her into an awful rehash of her loyalty mission.

I don't really know what you're getting at. Bioware could have easily written in that Garrus found the evidence rather than Tali. I don't know why you seem to think this is so impossible hahaha

Garrus and Tali aren't important to the story in ME3? That's a good one. Talk to me after you see them in ME3.
Arguable. My, what a marvelous plot device to set them up with some relevance.
Plot device or no, they are more relevant to the plot than you made them out to be in ME3. No?
I also never said they were irrelevant in ME3.
I said that they get treatment over characters who are more relevant, in ME3. Meaning, overall.
Note the comma. See it? Right there.
Total subjective reasoning as fact, that's awesome. Tell me how anyone is more relevant than anyone else. The bottom line is that people are hung up on their favorites and hating on other peoples favorites.

I'm not hating on anyone. I have not made a single derogatory comment to or about any 1 person or character. Nice try though.
And yes, when Miranda contributes to the plot of 2 (3) games and a comic (ME2, Galaxies, Retribution, (ME3)), she is adding more to the in-game universe than Garrus or Tali. Garrus literally has no reason to join the squad. In fact, you can avoid recruiting him in ME1. Tali, while somewhat important in ME1, had ZERO reason to be in ME2. Garrus, again, had no reason to be in ME2 as well. In ME3 this obviously isn't the case, but it doesn't excuse the miserable plot devices strewn unto both of them. Subjectivity sort of goes out the window when evidence points in one direction.
Also, good job calling me a "hater" when Garrus is my favorite alien character and squadmate (Along with Miranda).

Agitated lemon juice in your agitated wounds? I didn't call you a hater. I didn't even infer that you were a hater, I said people were hating.
Bad writing and plot contrivance don't change the fact that they are in there and that their story is told, and thus relevant, period, to the narritave of all three games.
You marginalized two out of the three squadmates that are in all three games, Miranda is killable in ME2 thus she can be far less relevant in ME3 than you would have us believe. (And I romanced her with my Cannon BroShep, so I've got skin in this game too.)
I doubt this conversation will get any more pleasant than it already is and I have more important things to do than address revelance of characters in a given story.
You want to take this to PMs fine, but I'm not dancing around spoilers in this thread.

Surprised? Nope. I kinda saw this coming way back when they started announcing characters and I noticed nobody from ME2 will make a come back (Tali and Garrus not counted, since they were there in ME1 as well), and I made my peace with it. I'll enjoy whatever time we have with her, and I'm hoping that we at least get some good character moments in her mission.
As long as she gets a good ending, and for the Shep's that romanced her a good conclusion to the romance, I'll be happy.
If they kill her however, heads will roll. Mark my words!

In the end, the only ME2 characters I care to have significant closure with are Mordin and Jack. Subject Zero had so much opportunity for change if you paragon romanced her, that I'd love to see BioWare do her justice ( like team up with Gillian to help traumatized human biotics and train them ).
