I hope Bioware doesn't miracle cure Thane or have Miranda's infertility fixed. Both should remain permanent aspects of their characters. Since I always play as a MaleShep only the second one applies to one of my characters, but even so, I think curing Thane would be facepalm worthy.

God, I hope not.

In game weddings (or child birth no less) would be incredibly corny. Also a pregnant person would have no place on the front line fighting the Reapers. If Shepard is going to settle down with an LI and have children, it should be mentioned only in an epilogue.

Not exactly the same for me: Shep & Ashley will have kids, two or three. If three it's going to be a boy and two girls, if two it's even: a boy and a girl.

Never thought about names so far ... they'll get "normal" names I guess ^^
