Hi,

i bought ME1+Pinnacle Station via Origin. I live in Germany, but i play all my Games in English.
So i installed ME1 and wanted to install PS afterwards, but when i staredt the setup i got an error message which says:

This installer does not support the English version of Mass Effect.
Please go back to where you downloaded this file and select the matching language version.

After that i deinstalled ME1 and switched my Origin language from German to English US, reinstalled  ME1 and tried to install PS again, but still get the same error message.

Edit:
Deinstalled ME1 again... Then reinstalled it in german. Now I can install PS, too. So the problem must be that i only get the german version of PS.

Does somebody know how to get the english version via Origin?

Same problem here. German localization is mostly horrible. I refuse to play translated games.. My ME1 is installed in english on steam. Help would be apreciated.

I dont like to drown my bucks in the ****ter. Already had to wait to eleven o'clock at night to download this DLC (which is hillarious in my oppinion).

Both of you are under the misapprehension that this is someplace other than a pure peer forum, a "self-help" site. Official support is via EA, linked at the bottom center of every page. The social site's forums, other than for ME-3. mostly died late last spring, and have mostly remained that way.
