what do the qyestion marks mean?

? means you need to figure out what that ? is, it could be a number 0-9 or a letter A-Z, try all of them out, doesn't take too long.

You have to guess. It only took me 3 tries on the code that worked for me. 

Oh a tip for those who are trying, the question marks are always a letter, never a number.
