Hmm I might have to go with the Asari, too Star Trekish. And the whole race is designed pretty much for male fanservice...

The asari are a ridiculous concept for an alien species. Getting rid of them would be doing Mass Effect a favor.

Oh wait, the freaking vorcha. GODS, they have NO redeeming qualities! They're just Varren that can fire guns and have retard brains! If the option presents itself, I'll definately wipe THEM out.
And as much as people rag on the batarians, I gotta say I do like them too. Not their society and how their economy thrives on the slave trade, those can go to hell. No no, when I first met that batarian plague victim and saved his life, the way he did a 180 on all his racism was rather heartwarming for me, like I actually proved to what I thought was an irredeemable race that we're not all alike.
I'd say I hate the Reapers too, but honestly can you hate such a driving force for the plot? They were created to be hated, and we love them for it.
