I have just been exiled and ALL my inventory is gone, including all my DLC stuff. Is this supposed to happen, or did I screw up somehow?. Is it now lost for good or will I get it back, and if so then when pls?

It's sposed to happen and is gone for good, the team that did the DLC was not aware of this little nugget of un-happiness but you can de-activate your DLCs before-hand and activate after the exile.

You can get it back. Something about a force-load button, or logging in and out - can't recall, exactly.

save. log out. uncheck dlc items (items only). forceload your save. save, log back out. recheck dlc items. reload.
