I hope it doesn't, I don't have access to about half the armor sets in me2, mainly because I didn't pre-order, and didn't buy much dlc, so hopefully all armor will be avalible to everyone.
so yea..
Will armor from me2 carry over the me3?

I believe all your armor imports over from ME2, but that doesn't mean you cant get stuff in ME3 you dint have in ME3. Think about it, what would new players do?
