Is there any way to put your own profile picture?

Download the Dragon age Character creator
Go to Documents/Bioware/pre-release characters
Add the image you want to use to that folder
rename the image x_portrait.png
Right click on x_portrait.png and make the file read only
Open the character Creator and make a Character called x
Upload
wait
enjoy
note "x" can be anything you want it to as long as the portrait file and the Character name are the same also uploading three characters at once then checking the file manager on the site make them load almost instantly

After installing the Dragon Age Character Creator, there is no "Pre-Release Characters" folder in Documents\\BioWare\\. Does this need to be created manually somewhere?
EDIT: Turns out that you need to create a throw-away character first, then the folder will be added.
EDIT #2: Ah, yes... my old nemesis "Unable to access your online profile storage" strikes again. I've never been able to get my characters to appear on BSN because of this error (when attempting to upload), so I guess using the character creator won't work either. Bummer.

This is an annoying way to have to do this, I don't understand why people can't just have their own custom one ya know?
