Here in Singapore the first 300 or so people who pre-ordered the Collector's Edition from participating retailers got the Normandy replica for free. Worth around 35 bucks and is 6.25 inches long. Not too shabby.

Bought mine at Challenger Funan. You don't get the replica immediately though, they give you a coupon for the replica. You present it to them on launch day to get it along with the game.

IMO:
This looks like a retailer specific "option" not an official uber collector's edition. The only thing that I would be interested in would be the Codex book. This sort of thing doesn't suprise me though, considering here in Canada FutureShop is offering a steel case with their pre-orders.
Also I'm not entirely sure about this but apparently in Norway you can get this lithograph if you pre-order ME3.

I'm an Italian customer (so sorry for my English) and I can assure you that the news is a big scam! Simultaneously with pre order news had already exhausted all! It was just a privilege of the Gamestop employees and their friends because the copies are very very limited. It's a shame!

When has North America ever gotten a really good CE? Them Europeans are always getting awesome ones. Witcher 1 and 2 Euro CE? Dead Island Euro CE? Heck name any CE and theres a 90% chance Europe gets a mind blowingly awesome version.
