Register, check your email, verify it, then at the bottom section of the forums is the lounge area where you start a thread to introduce yourself and let them know you want a game code.

Then you wait for the PM to come in.

Are you referring to the Demo asking you about making an account with Origin? There is no point to making one and you can't through the demo since multiplayer is not open as of yet.

YES! I just got my access; I had a reflexive double arm victory pump. It tried to gyp me too, by starting me out on attempt 3 instead of attempt 1. I'll keep going with it, and help out other forumites here if I win again.
