I apologize if this has been asked before, but I cannot find any definitive answer. So, is it possible to keep Wynne in the party if the PC is a blood mage (or, to be more precise, if the PC became a blood mage after recruiting Wynne in the Circle Tower and then used some  blood magic spells in combat)? Or is she going to leave or even turn on the PC anyway?

I never saw any issue with her turning on me unless you pour the blood in the ashes of andraste. Hell I even made her take up blood magic as her second spec and she never seemed to complain.

she has no idea. My blood mage uses blood magic in combat, and brought her along a few times. Her approval rating is currently at 94. There are no dialogue options I can find that even reveal to her you're a blood mage. And when I took the specialization, she was in my party, and didn't say anything.

We had been told they wouldn't leave but their approval rating would be affected if you unlocked certain specializations. Apparently they were only referring to reaver. Because after you learn blood magic everyone assumes you saved Conner's life, you're a great guy, and only Allistair has anything bad to say to you. And even then, if you're persuade skill is tier two or higher you'll only lose like 5 approval from him. And if you go to the circle first you can get blood magic and have his approval go up by like 15. Kind of silly.

I had hoped to be able to tell her when beginning the broken circle quest, but alas not even that is possible...

can't you actually make her a Blood Mage, as her second spec?

Yes.  And it makes those moments when she acts disgusted about blood magic even more hilarious.
