She's useful in combat, she's funny, she looks cool, and her DLC is good. The complete package.

She's also the only other person besides Kelly to talk about the crew.

Grunt, Tali... But that's about it.

As for Kasumi, I like her.

I found her charming and funny. She has issues, but she doesn't brood, which I appreciate.

I also thought she was very deep for a character without much "proper" dialogue, and her personality was very well defined.

Kelly was right about her, she keeps everything on the surface, I think she intentionally avoids talking about her feelings and opinions by discussing other squadmembers or with humor. Maybe it's because of Kaiji's death, I don't know, but I found it very interesting that someone who talks so much can be that private.

As much as I like Kasumi, I don't feel that she adds to the story more than, say, Zaeed does since both are mercenary to the core and will only look out for their needs and theirs alone. The ME3 squad is one that is ready to sacrifice themselves for the sake of the galaxy. We knew that since ME1.

one of the things that instantly jumped out as "cheesy" to me on bioware's part was Kasumi's hood. i instantly thought...

did they give her this dumb looking thing cuz it resembles Tali's and they thought they could capitalize on the "drunk on Tali" demographic again? or is it really just a coincidence and a thief's hood, nothing more?

either way it looks stupid. it doesnt move right with her head. looks anything but practical. but that being said i guess it IS one of the more interesting things about her to be sure. ha

 Really useful companion, though I think people overrate her "character." Sucks what happened to her boyfriend, but she was underdeveloped.
