Congratulations!

If you are reading this, Stable 43 has reached a state of disrepair or must otherwise be evacuated immediately. Thanks to the fine sisters at Stable-Tec, Stable 43 has created the opportunity for all heading into the wasteland ahead to obtain a multi-media downloadable program known as H3(Healthy Heap of Heresy). Provided inside the terminal download are various pieces of Classical Equestrian Content which may include the following:

  • Post-Equestrian Fictional Literature
  • Pre-War Art Pieces
  • Brief Motion Picture "JIFFY" Files
  • Heresy
  • More Heresy

The File is Extraordinarily Large, so we would suggest trying to do the following while the file does it's business:

  • Buy Some Apples
  • Wait Patiently for Season 4 to arrive
  • Panic in the designated Tantrum Center within your Stable Facility

Thank you for choosing Stable-Tec, and Good Luck.

Project H3 Download Available

>>WARNING: 4TH WALL BROKEN

(H3 is meant for newcomers who don't want to sift through pages of the MLP Thread to see all the weird stuff the fanbase has to offer. In other words, it's a glorified pony folder with some fanfiction thrown in.)

My thoughts exactly, slim. A lot of their game philosophy stems from a lot my favorite games of the olden days: Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, Condemned, etc. The forums are surprisingly comfortable compared to here most days(though I haven't visited in a while), etc.

I personally suspect an expansion. It's being touted as a full-blown game, which can mislead people to not consider it an expansion like their previous work on Justine(which was free, by the way). What the picture is, I've no idea.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent is the best horror game on the market right now. I hope the sequel does it justice.

I quite enjoyed the Amnesia when I played it - hope it's an actual sequel, although I'd be fine with a spiritual successor.

On the current market, I'd say so. From the time I'd spent on the forums there, they're definitely trying to go in ambitious directions. I believe in one of the folders of Justine(or some other random file from the game) was a "secret" file which contained art on the new project. I can tell it's not going to be "just another sequel".

I can't remember the last time I was genuinely scared/creeped out in a modern horror game besides Condemned 2. Dead Space's franchise is especially guilty of gimmicks like the old

I CAME OUTTA NOWHERE BOOGITY BOO

Getting that atmosphere of dread is something very subtle and worth tipping one's hat to.

Its funny. While I was playing Amnesia, I leaned to the side whenever  opening a door, so I could get a better view of what was behind. After a while I caught myself doing this and laughed...then I said f*ck it. No one else is in the room with me. I'm doing it anyway.

What Amnesia does right is that you can't fight back- you have to run away if you want to survive. What the Justine expansion did right was that not only could you not fight back, but you couldn't save/reload- dead was dead.

Such a great game. And it seems this website: http://www.thedarkswarm.com/ is linked to Frictional. Maybe its some viral campaign placeholder?

I don't scare easy, but Amnesia's got that special something that was able to keep me tense throughout most of the game.  Dead Space is alright, but nowadays to me it feels more like a 3rd person shooter with a heavy reliance on jump scares and some body horror.

Looking forward to the new title. It doesn't have to be a sequel. In fact, starting from scratch will give the devs more freedom. :)

Amnesia was just about the scariest game I've ever played. This is great news!

The Dark Descent was the scariest game I've ever played. Plus I prefer this poster of the upcoming new one. The tagline creeps me out a bit.

It's terrifying. Seriously terrifying. If you even have a passing interest in the horror genre, you should play it. Though if you're chicken like me, maybe with the lights on :?

Amnesia is the scariest game I played. It does scary right, not like fear 2 and 3 do it (BOO) but it gives you a sense of...well, fear.
