I have all four codexes but cannot interact with the painting. I have tried everything, killed Sophia and Avernus, just killed Sophia, just killed Avernus. I have tried to interact with it before I kill either of them. I have exited the keep and re-entered. I have gone from the second floor to the third and re-entered. Is this a known bug? Why can I not interact with the portrait once I have all the codexes?

And the quest does say you've found all the chapters and you just need to fine the treasure?

hint: it's NOT the painting in "Sophia's Office"

I'm at the part where I'm supposed to find Captain Asturian's cache. So, yes. And the painting is the one in the room where you first meet Sophia, correct? The glaringly obvious one of the woman's face above the fireplace? That is what the Collectors' Edition game guide would have me believe, at least.

I have collected all the clues but it will not let me interact with the painting. And yes I am trying the correct painting, I recited the oath on previous character and got the treasure, but this time around the painting won't highlight or give me the option to do anything.



Suggestions anybody?

No the painting is is the room where the viel is torn.. down the set of stairs..

Unfortunately the debug script has nothing to help with that quest.. as it's just a minimal side quest .. and you can get better gear imo in the game
