The hub area let you have converastions with in it with Wrex, Karriki, a stg agent and Mordin. It's clearly all the proof I need.<_<

Because you butchered an awesome character's name I'll say it: It's Kirrahe.

@pHubb88 - that's what we're concerned about, choosing dialogue rather than automatic dialogue. We're on the same page.

According to FemShep on Sur'kesh, it's apparently pronounced "Kirra-hey", though. Image IPB

People pronounce names differently all the time, I don't get why people get so hung up about that.

I know you get it. I have seen you talking about it today. Its other people misunderstanding you and myself.

I honestly...can't imagine playing the whole game in that same fashion...no choices...no matter how good the game is that would be MASSIVE damper on things if thats how Shepards behavior will be in it, extremely linear and replying to people without even giving me  a choice on what I want to say.

Javier, could you possibly ask one of the devs about the auto dialogue and if it will be like that in game? They'd be more inclined to answer you since you seem to be close with them. Would be nice to know for sure.

Javier, I agree with the point you're trying to get across but I do agree with Polite that the level of auto-dialogue in the 'cinematic scenes' we were given in the demo is much higher than ever before and that is somewhat alarming.

agreed

For the record, I also agree. Shepard shouldn't talk unless I tell him/her what to say.

You know, I'm gonna draw a comic out of this. LOL.

Image IPB should have conveyed my not being 'hung-up' about it.

To be fair, though, FemShep does tend to pronounce a lot of words differently (Perugia = "Peh-Roo-Gee-Ahh"). :P

Well, when its your own name, it can get annoying fast. Especially if it keeps happening after giving the proper pronunciation at least a half a dozen times /personal experience rant. ^_^

With the auto dialog, It feel more like the devs just want to rush use through the scenes...More or less the intro.

My biggest impression is in regards to the combat. you can tell that it is more intense and the enemies are better. Will have to adjust to the new health/shield bar and the enemy health/shield and armor bar makes it somewhat easier to tell how much they have. Shotgun feels much better to me in combat now.
I do see how the conversations can go differently depending on imports or if you import. Anderson is vague on what you did, But I am assuming that he will be more specific if you import and point out choices and actions that you did in the first two games.

I was a bit dissapointed that it was just combat and there were no real chioces, but the end of the first level was one of the most amazing ME narrative moments (imo). I consider myself a fairly jaded gamer, but I felt something there

Overall really well done. Only a few small gripes:

1. A few classes didn't really get major new powers ie. Infiltrator only got Sticky Grenades which I hated using, Adept only got Biotic Grenades which have their uses but would much prefer a compeletely new power

2. Altough there's slightly more variety in Character Creation, there's still not as much variety as I would have liked. Was expecting longer hair styles, a few more hair colors, etc.

3. Rolling was annoying when it automically placed you in cover, sometimes I wouldnt be able to duck into cover at all.

4. I was expecting the final evolutions of powers to be much more unique and devestating. Some of the powers final evolutions are really nice. Others are similar to the previous 5 evolutions.

Overall these are all small things, the major things BioWare nailed perfectly. Got really high hopes for this game!
