Do you ever have anything positive or constuctive to bring to the table?

Yeah, I was pleased. touchy moments, goosebump moments and shooting moments.
Now give me more of that BioWare.

He won't. , M2 guys aren't permanent squadmates, and cerberus won't be friendly with his shep and so, it is too much for his heart. Now everything in Mass effect sucks.

Obvious that there was some missing stuff, but from what I have seen online so far I am wanting this game even more.

Javier, I agree with the point you're trying to get across but I do agree with Polite that the level of auto-dialogue in the 'cinematic scenes' we were given in the demo is much higher than ever before and that is somewhat alarming.

agreed

For the record, I also agree. Shepard shouldn't talk unless I tell him/her what to say.

Implications...unpleasant. Let´s just hope for the best. Might be they just wanted the intro/tutorial to be standard (not sure if a good idea) and the rest of the game is like we hoped it will be.

The gamespeed seems a bit too fast. Everything just moves and happens lightning fast.

Would be nice if they took it down a notch.

It's hilarious that they've given up, and just call it ammo now.

New players won't know what cool downs or thermal clips are anyway.

I really enjoyed the combat alot more than I expected to, it felt like its finally on par with other shooters which is a great thing. The improved RPG mechanics when leveling up felt really good, I'm looking forward to getting into that with the full game.

I had a bit of an issue with the cover mechanic and Shepard refusing to get into cover at times. Roll/cover and activate being the same button isn't the best of solutions either, several times I tried to activate something and either ended up rolling around it or Shepard took cover and rubbed his ass on it.

Overall though I thoroughly enjoyed the demo, have played it twice and will do so again, which is more than I really play any demo. My enjoyment of the full game will be based on the story but I love what I've seen of the gameplay so far.

For a demo it was pretty sweet, I was able to try it today as a Sentinel and Soldier. I'm gonna try the other classes soon enough.

I'm gonna like the new Insanity, I just need to get a better controller! It kept pull me off of cover and moving to the left. : (

It was good. I would have liked the Mars mission over the second one, but still good.

I have to ask guys, what should be done about the cover/roll button. We all have trouble with it it seems, but I don't see a solution. No enough button to press.

He has "Cerberus" in his name. He's either completely disgruntled or just a complete troll.

Do nothing about it.  It wasn't a problem with me after I got used to it.

I thought it should have been a double tap to roll personally.  Hopefully on the PC we'll be able to map roll and cover to two different keys.

Same here, but then again, I play alot of Gears of War so it came naturally to me.

Does anyone know if that's the full intro? I was sort of hoping to have some dialogue with certain squadmates before the arrival on Earth.

Yeah it met my expectations, but mostly because I'd seen the whole thing time and time again.

I generally had trouble when I would try to avoid grenades. Transitions between going in and out of cover was not smooth, and sometimes I'd roll instead of sprint when I wanted to flank around the enemy.

But I'm not sure if it was from my controller's left thumb stick being wonky, pulling me to strafe left all the time, or simply issues with cover since some on Sur'Kesh (like that hallway where turrets are deployed) I had to mash "A" a few times to get into cover.

Kinect has a slight delay. Can any dev inform us if the lag is in the final build or if it has been corrected?

Has anyone had trouble with the Grenades? They seem to not go where I want them to go. I have a target selected, yet the grenade goes past him.

Met mine. Was looking forward to hearing the new music. Did not disappoint.

Also, the new ways to level up powers are slick and the return of grenades and being able to map them to one of my bumper buttons = awesomesauce.

You have to compensate for the target's movement.

Just upped the difficulty on the demo to hardcore and did a Sentinel run. It's a lot harder, mostly because of the problems with the cover system. I had to replay the turret part at least a half dozen times due to either getting killed by the turrets while trying to take cover, running into squadmates while trying to take cover, or getting shot by Cerberus troopers while trying to take cover. I know some people have complained about the lack of protections for enemies on higher difficulties, but considering how easy it is for Shepard to get killed while being exposed for a second or two, we should be grateful that Bioware hasn't made it even harder to get through the game.

Honestly, I wish we could crouch again, because the damn cover system only seems to work when you're directly facing the object. And forget about curved surfaces. You'll be lucky to be able to get into cover.
