I just imported my save from Origins into Awakening, and though I convinced Alistair to keep my Warden on as his mistress, I got no acknowledgement of it during his appearance in Awakening. That's an issue with Awakening not reading the romance flag correctly, right? Is there a way I can view a summary of my game's flags so I can check? I don't suppose Bioware's done anything to correct this, unless I missed something.
I knew there were import issues regarding Awakening & Witch Hunt into DA2, but I didn't know there were issues importing Origins into Awakening. When I play DA2, will its issues be bypassed if I import my Origins file instead of my Witch Hunt file?

You have different issues occurring there.
With respect to DAO into Awakening it is a flag reading issue, but the epilogue slides at the end should reflect your choices. And no, there have been no fixes for the issue and in case you wonder I highly doubt any will be forthcoming after so long after the game's release. As for checking the file itself I would suggest you seek those on the toolset boards, they may know the answer to that. Either that or one of the more general forums for greater exposure. There are few tech shooters about on DAO now.
Imports into DA2 are strictly a DA2 tech problem (well....in a sense), and that board is likely to be more active than this one. As I understand it, most of the import problems occur with Awakening rather than DAO. But again, seek those out on the DA2 boards who know definitively.
