I wonder about the skin, though (NPCs, not Shepard). In some cases (like Anderson and Ash), it looks waxy, even for U3. Anderson in particular, since his skin colour changed, and the mottling makes him look absurdly shiny.

You should see it in motion. Looks much more like a real person's face then in ME2. More textured. Still not happy with the beard/hair color not matching. Hope there are more options in the full game.

I think they fixed the noses as well. My Shep's nose seems to look better in ME3.

The hair looks a lot better in ME3. In Me2 it looked very plastic/greasy. It's a shame that there are so few choices for FemShep though.

Yeah, she turned out pretty good. The hair in the Before was modded thru Gibbed, but I don't mind that its not in the demo.
