I would like to at that players who killed Ashley wouldnt have a human female in the squad at all. And players who killed Kaidan and didnt buy the CE would only have one biotic squadmember. Both seems strange to me and Jack would solve everything.

Nonoptional Squadmates: James (Combat), EDI (Tech), Liara (Biotic)
Optional Squadmates: Garrus (Combat) Tali (Tech), Jack (Biotic)
Kaidan or Ashley as I nice bonus.

Or Miranda given her plot relevance, big plot armour for most of the SM, and LI status. And the fact she has more stake with Cerberus and her mention in the leaks is minimal, like other squaddies (Garrus, spoiler squaddie female, Liara, Vega, VS).

Being more likely than one character doesn't make her a squadmate. Miranda is more likely than her, but that means nothing right now.

I will be honest. I personally love Jack but Miranda in as a fulltime squady always made more sense to me for various reasons (popularity, plot importance) but with her non existent redesign in the Femshep trailer and Jacks inclusion in the srtbook I would now put my money on her. Maybe Mirandas voice actress just wasnt available for such a long time the recording would have taken, could be possible.

BTW: I am confused, somewhere on these board I read that i the leaks Miranda would have the most screentime out of the ME2 squad members?

Yeah, Miranda does most likely have the most. Exluding team dextro and Jack.
Yvonne Strahovski has been pretty busy, with the last season of Chuck.
But so have been Adam Baldwin (Kal´ReeGar) and Catherine-Anne Moss (Aria). They too have a role in Chuck.

The script in the leak was old, unfinished, missing parts and ME3 even got delayed for the development team to make adjustments to the story.

Because of the leaked script? That doesnt give us 100% guarntee, thigs could have been changed or added. If you have other reasons for me to "trust" you I am curious. And you dodged every point I made... Yes, it fits with everything we have seen, but the thing is, we havent seen much so far. That makes your argument considerably less strong it may seem at first.

PS: I wont have my Garrus and yes I will like that no matter what Bioware wants.

Offcourse, they are not going to completely rewrite the script from scratch.

On record, I'm quite happy with the leaked script, and am cool if the final product ends up exactly the same thing. Just a little disappointed and annoyed that BW had to resort to such deception, and suck while doing it.

Someone needs to explain BioWare's logic to me:
Why add Vega if he takes a place of a character we would have liked to see a return of?
Why Jack (if she's there, i doubt it), the psycho **** which has almost no relevance to the plot.
Why not Miranda? It's clear that she should have high importance with her former high status in Cerberus.
Why Liara? She is the goddamn Shadow Broker, isn't she kinda busy 24/7?
Why no Legion? What should he have to do, if not something for Shepard? Isn't he a platform, just made to support him?

I don't get it... Hope there will be a decent explanation for each in-game.
