The Turian Councillor can be killed in ME.

I know, and for whatever reason, I didn't wind up advancing any of the saves where I did kill him. Now, I wish I had. Oh, well, short of forcing myself to slog through ME2 again, I want to see the Turian Councilor die just as I say "I TOLD YOU SO."
