hello im new here i dont know if im the only one but i added the cd key here to get the bonus things i even both 1600 points i checked the imail and pass word  and i still have not goten nothing ore option to download anything i lov the game i payd 64 bucs(on steam) .....i just hope that any one can help me .....thx

Take a look at http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php and see if it lists the items you are supposed to have. Granted it does, you should have entered the CD keys correctly. Next step would be to make sure that the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater service is running. Run services.msc (Win Key+R and writing services.msc should do the same as opening Start menu and pressing "Run...", then typing in services.msc on XP or writing services.msc into the Vista search field of the Start menu), check if the service is running and if not, Start it. Optionally you can go in and edit the Properties to make it start Automatic so you don't need to repeat this all the time after rebooting and wanting to play the game. Launch the game and open the Downloadable Content link in the main menu, it should automatically start Downloading and be Installed.
