A lot of people are forgetting that depending on the levels of stress, people can look like they age more. There was a sixteen year old girl in Afghanistan that was just youthful looking. Several years later they met up with her again and she looked like she aged 25-30 years. It depends on how harsh the life is, no medical science will ever be able to stop that.

So for Zaeed it might make a little sense for him to look so old. Not to mention this is all stuff for people with money. Not every might be able to afford the best. There can be so much factors. So for Zaeed, and perhaps Anderson it makes sense they look older. Udina, not so much. Then again if it made Sheploo look older then you would think the identical back story Femshep would also have aged slightly. At any point there's a whole bunch of reasons why people could look like they do.

She speaks the truth.  Darker skin is more resilient to the effects of UV, and so typically ages slower than lighter skin.

However, when it comes to other areas of health care, black women tend to be severely lacking; ie weight, diet in particular.

People lacking solid scientific knowledge really don't need to be pontificating on the effects of aging among races. Sorry I refuted the claim, but it's off topic anyway. As far as I'm concerend, the claim holds as much water as 'once you go black...'
