Not unless she's undead in my game. I'm pretty sure the crew will think Shepard has more authority than a corpse.

Not unless a pile of Ash can gain sentience. In which case it does I'll flush it down a toilet.

Shep is a SPECTRE which trumps all....even president/king/whatever of earth if there was such a figure in ME....shep being a LTC means nothing....he is the senior SPECTRE...he answers to nobody but the council and Shep will deal with them too soon enough....he takes orders from nobody.
Neither do they because they are both spectres too

I'm honestly wanting to beat my head into the laptop on the amount of times I'm going to repeat the Alliance Navy and Marine Rank structure.

Yes, the VS is now the commanding officer of the Normandy. Shep gets to command the SSV Emden instead, because a cruiser's firepower better befits the human who defeated the geth.
Paragons who saved the Council and got the Emden destroyed get to stay on Earth.
Hah
Renegade Shepards who saved the Collector Base get the Elbrus.
This would be so unbelievably epic if it were to be made.
But it won't...

I am really hoping Shepard is stripped of his spectre status, I want ME3 to be a challenge where he cannot throw the spectre badge in peoples faces.Darth_Trethon wrote...

I knew headshots were implemented for a reason.

Yeah have you heard anyone call Shepard Staff Commander though? In US Naval terms a Commander of a frigate is a O5. A Staff Commander is an O4 and is in charge of the fighting complement stationed on the boat/craft. It is all quite mute because Shepard is a Marine with a naval rank.

Shepard does not have Spectre status in ME2 unless the character manages to get it back from the Council. Apparently most people didn't?DJBare wrote...

One of my characters got re-instated, but I would like to see it stripped in ME3 for the events of Arrival, I know folk will shout unfair, but that's what I lke, the world/galaxy is not fair.daqs wrote...

I bet that is a typo in the codex. I have yet to see Kaiden do anything deserving of jumping 4 officer ranks in two years... Also I wonder if Shep is still a LT Commander of if he was promoted to full Commander when they gave him the normandy in ME1. I have never heard of a LT Commander being in command of a frigate.
Not saying spoilers but you will find out HOW Kaiden jumped so high and same with Ashley in ME 3

Its like Shepard situation on Arrival (He does what is best for humanity and the galaxy). The illusive man just wants humanity to have the most power so they can never be threatened by any species, he is willing to work with aliens and will happily co-exist with them as long they don't have more power than humanity. He has no intention of conquest or subjugating the galaxy. He is a misguided figure.

I know right? So obnoxious. Those comments got old REAL quick. Same with people who said they nuked Kaidan.

Any bad behaviour from ash towards the alien crew (including legion) will be met with death if given the option. The illusive man isn't evil he has good intentions but his methods are some what morally wrong.

This has nothing to do with my signature, I was speaking from a pure Codex thinking that Major is higher than Lt Commander in the ME universe......
