This is really petty, but I really do need help. 

I'm playing ME2 on a PS3 and I was about to do Jacob's Gift of Greatness Mission. However, I was sidetracked briefly and missed the anomaly and now it's gone. Can some one please tell me that there is a way to get this back, I've already gotten so far in the game I don't want to have to start all over again because I was sidetracked.  

Please help me.
