Then your standards are low enough to be pleased with anything Bioware ****s on a disc, don't worry.
ME 2 is the one of the best video games out there. You being a hater and hating it doesn't make it a bad game. I guess you were blind to all of the GOTY awards it got, or the meta critic score it got.
Call of Duty adds nothing new and each game gets multiple awards.
Mass Effect 3...succes or failure?

ME2 is an abysmal faliure in many ways. It?s also great in other ways.
A good game, but the best? Lol! Not even CLOSE.
Marketing having influences ppl and the ignorant masses not paying attention is not my problem.
Titanic and Avatar! Remember.
I'd put ME as one of the best if not the best series in the past 15 years.

ME1 was horrible combat. Halo and CoD blow it out of the water.
TEABAGGING LIKE OMGS.
I'm 22.
So yeah, ME1's combat was neither fun nor challenging.
And ME2's writing was niether logical nor well thought out.
I don't see your point.
Yes it was; you're just demonizing it to better your camps stance.
Go play MW3 for an illogical and poorly written story. Mass Effect 2's story was fine.

So what you're saying is...although it may be a financial success, and although it might get great reviews, it still might not be a success?
What is success in your eyes, something that only you like?
A game like Call of Duty does not deserve the rewards or reviews it gets.
Mass Effect isn't CoD.
Not by a longshot.
There's no comparison to make.
Mass Effect is Dark Knight
CoD is Transformers.

take the time to pay attention to halo's plot and read the terminals scattered though out the games, and you'll find that Halo's universe is just as immersive and unquie as ME's. Oh and btw don't you take the ME novels as canon?Raizo wrote...

On shooters, I would definitely argue that Halo's plot is good. It's just that most of the good stuff is buried in the novels and just sort of slapped onto the game.
You could say the same thing about the Gears of War books but noone ever seems to remember that

the writing in COd is horrid, ME2 wasnt as bad, but i saw ALOT of plot holes and revesed character development. Its not picking every little detail, its called paying attention to the story., and if it doesnt make sense people are gonna call ot out when its presented as one of the greatest games ever.Hunter of Legends wrote...

Depends in what context you mean "perfect"; I don't know about aridor, but I'm not looking for a fairy tale happy ending, that's not going to happen anyway since millions of lives have already been lost, but I do want to come away from the game knowing I did the best I could, I just hope there is no button to shut down all reapers, that would really ruin it.
Not to spoil you, but if you're hoping for a good, happy and overall "Perfect" ending, you'll be very disappointed.

And that's what you'll mostly get, but all of the endings leave you a little disappointed, not in a bad way, or how they're handled, more of the outcomes, even if you did EVERYTHING in the game to reach the best ending, or played the MP and got a very high rediness level.

This is war.
IF I came to the end of the game without any losses I'd ask if I'm playing a real game or Disney.

I wouldn't put it among my top 10 games. Nor would I put it under best game of the year.
