Stop whining about some bug or glitch.  It will not do you any good.  Other than whining, are you doing anything about it?  Did you bother to read the sticky post at the top of this forum?  Here's a link:

To request support, you have to go through the EA site, not whine in this forum and sit and stew about it.  If you want it fixed, report it to EA.

I did E-Mail EA, I got a form response back after a couple of days, in broken english which answered nothing in my e-mail.

I am sure others have e-mailed EA as well only to receive the same level of support.

My advice would be to know what you are talking about before posting.

I'm willing to bet that the majority of the people who are whining did not contact EA or even read the sticky post.

Sage advice, if EA were actually providing any support. I am still waiting on a response to a relatively simple support request raised on the 11th November. Their auto-confirm email says to expect a reply in 24 hours. Their "hot topic" on email response time says 24-48 hours but due to the high demand of Dragon Age support "it may take a little longer". 2 weeks is not "a little longer" and I am still waiting.

Maybe you think I am another who should not be whining in this forum but at least you can't say I haven't tried to get it fixed!

You have tried so as a fellow member of the DA community, thank you.

If you read the posts the biggest complaint is the lack of support people are receiving from EA. In fact that's the only whining that seems to be going on... All other posts look like legitimate bug reports or people stuck somewhere and just looking for answers.. Wouldn't it be easier to actually help people find those answers then making a post whining about others whining?

So you're whining about whiners? Yeah, you not being a hypocrite or anything... On a related note, I'll stop whining when they actually patch something! Or at least get back to one of the three emails I sent to them on the support page.

Nothing there helps me with my in-game problem.

Those problems are ones that they had what, 5 years of development to figure out?

It's hard not to be a little frustrated is all...

Well to me it might be a bug or might not be a bug but from some of the posts I have read I agree with you BardHarbinger that there isn't really anything anyone on the forums might be able to help with like quest items missing out of the blue when they are "Obtained". That I agree with. But some I have read are like "How do I get this?" or something I think should be ok to post here and should be given a ligit response to.

Dragon Age: Origins Xbox 360 Technical Support
This
forum is for fans and owners of Dragon Age: Origins on the Xbox 360 to
assist each other with technical questions. Official game support is
provided by Electronic Arts, but fans are encouraged to try to assist
each other here.

I agree that there's a line between whining and asking for help, but if there's anywhere that whines are justified, it's here.

Nice, attacking me personally. The people who I am talking about (and did not name specifically) offer nothing constructive. Even when they whine about a bug, they give so little detail that even if posting here mattered, it would do little good. At least I was constructive. I pointed to useful information that apparently many have over looked. And when there are those that do as the link suggests, I thank them. I am hardly whining about anything.

If you're going to report a problem, give as much detail as possible about it. See if others are experiencing it. Report it to EA. Don't cry "EA is evil" or "Bioware sucks" or even "DA is broken". If that's all you're doing then you're not helping anyone. I enjoy the game, I bare no ill will towards EA, Bioware, or the game. I do wish the bugs and glitches could get fixed. Either be apart of the solution or maybe there is a better use of your time and energy.

yes... to get real   support... you should follow the guideline, however, if this isn't thread isn't to talk about everything we love, hate, and don't understand about the game than why is it here?
