I most likely won't buy it, if it's anything like Kotobukiya's other Bishoujo figures, but it's sad seeing male Shepard getting this (and Ashley and Garrus, too):

I am so freaking excited. Unlike a good portion of the people here, I love femshep in all forms. If they don't like the statue, just don't get it, and send one of the employees a tweet or message about what they would like to see.
