BW says they know exactly what they're doing on it but that still doesn't help us one way or another. Personally I just want to see Tali's face anyother Quarian after that is a bonus. Seeing a random Quarian or one we already know like Xen, or Rann for instance won't mean as much to me as see Tali's the woman whose stood by shep and dropped everything for him twice in a row she's in it to win it and we should see her face if BW is to show any at all. Also seeing one Quarian's face wont' help me envision hers she's not a hanar every Quarian like every human is different. Not to mention I'll be mad this time instead of gawking at how not fair it is if they don't show her face for the prefinal mission sex scene because shep's seen it twice now and I dont' even get once! I didn't anticipate they'd remove her mask at all so when they did I was like WHAT! How cheap BW changing angles like that!
Quarians...under the helmets.

It would certainly be a long time before they could remove their masks, even on Rannoch. It would be so very different to what it used to be seeing as the Geth have been in charge for hundreds (?) of years... and they possess Atmosphere Changing tech so who knows what they've done to the planet.

Tali explains this herself in game. They have allergic reactions which would be nothing like an actual viral or bacterial infection. Sealing off an exposed section of a suit will do nothing to contain a infectious disease.

I honestly don't care what they look like... I just want to know. I romanced tali in 2 but i'm still gonna romance her no matter what she may look like. Its just the not-knowing that's killing me. When i was talking to that asari matriarch/bartender and she stated how everyone around her couldn't remember how the quarians looked like without their suits. I seriously wanted to her to just describe them to me...

I have considered what you said but you do not seem to realize the difference between an allgeren and a virus or bacteria. Preventing and treating an algeric reaction is much easier then treating an infection.

She says in ME about a group who did try to recolonize a Quarian world they had fevers, headaches, but were doing quite well I think they could've taken off their masks with no increase in their symptoms a year or two for a few hours they wouldn't be able to be suit free 100% in 2 years but its a start. Also everyone is forgetting the plant life on Rannoch is beneficial to their immune systems some plants may just boost their immune systems because they're allowed to piggy back on them all we know from the plant life on Rannoch is its good for Quarians bad for all the other organics.
It's not Tali magic that would allow a small portion to remove their visors for 5 minets and breathe the air and not die they can like her take loads of antibiotics and then take some sick leave after all stray bullets don't kill them when their suits are ruptured all the time so removing their masks on a world their immune systems use to favor won't be that bad for everyone either. Now it would be magic if Mordin comes up with a solution that will allow them within a week to be suitfree and having kids with non dextro aliens.

Yeah, she kind of looks like a Night Elf from WoW in that picture. I don't think that is route they should go. Besides the elf ears would conflict with established canon, as Quarians ears are described in terms that suggest they are either much less pronounced than human ears, or are internal.
