And I'm wondering, is there a way to get the PC versions of it on Steam or something, along with the DLC I bought, without having to pay again for them? I can provide proof of my purchases with my Cerberus Network and such.
Have the Xbox versions of ME 1 &2 , along with DLC...

I don't think so, unless the game store allows you to switch your used Xbox game to a new (or used) PC game with a little fee, otherwise i think not.
