This is starting to drive me crazy and is really frustrating. May sound like a stupid question, but is there anywhere U can contact Bioware or EA for account support? Only thing I can find is a general help database on the Origin webpage with no place to contact an actual human being.
I got Mass Effect 2 for PC via Steam and registered the Cerberus keycode to my email address. Was a bit confused by the Cerberus Network - couldn't see what DLC I owned or could install, and after like 30 minutes I figured out I needed to buy Genesis and it wasn't included. Ok, so I went to buy but I couldn't remember my account password since it has been so long. I reset the password, but after multiple attempts I couldn't log in; kept saying my info was wrong. Finally I created a new account and saw I had to link my Mass Effect 2, so I did and bought Genesis.
Now it seems I can't access Cerberus with my new account because it was linked to the one I couldn't get into. Now I am able to access the original account (I am posting under it), but earlier I couldn't for whatever reason. I'm tearing my hair out because it seems like I just wasted money and am probably gonna get screwed, but I can't seem to find anyone I can contact.
Anyone know if there's a contact or support medium I can use? Thank you.
