I had redeemed my code for the terminus armor and singularity projector for Mass Effect 2 on my account. I recently had to update my email on EA's servers to match my gamertag and now that download is no longer available. I don't know what happened to it and would like to get it back. Is this possible or am I just screwed?

Dlc content should still be on your 360, so I can't see why it's gone all of a sudden after an email change.
You state you updated your email though which email was it you updated? Anything else you changed? Did your Personas on your EA account go screwy?
